One thing the Pandemic has thought me is this – I was living under the “illusion of control”
When I look back now, I believed I was in control of so much, when In fact the opposite was true.
Now, I no longer look into the outer world for certainty and control, I look inside.
It all begins and ends here.
I believe any meaningful and deep relationship or connection I want to have with a person or an entity (a business or a community etc) I must have it with myself first.
Happiness, trust, creativity, connection, collaboration, compassion all begin on the inside.
Before we go into the world looking for something (love, connection, approval, worthiness, understanding or others) – consider this, have we given that to ourselves first ?
